Bozanic played for [Polonia Adelaide](/source/Croydon_Kings) before moving to [West Adelaide](/source/West_Adelaide_Soccer_Club) in the [National Soccer League](/source/National_Soccer_League), where he scored what would become the championship winning goal in the last game of the 1978 season against Adelaide City.

He later played for NSL clubs [APIA](/source/A.P.I.A._Leichhardt_Tigers) and [St George](/source/St._George_Saints_Football_Club).<ref name="ozfootball1" />
