**Viadukt** is a [Croatian](/source/Croatia) civil engineering company, specialised in the areas of bridge, tunnel and road engineering. Other business activities of the company include construction and reconstruction of urban streets.[1]

The most significant works performed by the company include: significant sections of the [A1](/source/A1_(Croatia)), [A3](/source/A3_(Croatia)) and [A5](/source/A5_(Croatia)) motorways,[2] a number of motorway viaducts, including [Osojnik](/source/Osojnik_Viaduct), [Draga](/source/Draga_Viaduct), [Zečeve Drage](/source/Ze%C4%8Deve_Drage_Viaduct), [Dobra](/source/Dobra_Viaduct), [Drežnik](/source/Dre%C5%BEnik_Viaduct), [Limska Draga](/source/Limska_Draga_Viaduct) etc., as well as [Bajer Bridge](/source/Bajer_Bridge) (a part of the [A6 motorway](/source/A6_(Croatia))) and [Sava River Bridge](/source/Sava_River_Bridge_(A2)) (a part of the [A2 motorway](/source/A2_(Croatia))). The company is also employed for execution of the construction works at the [Pelješac Bridge](/source/Pelje%C5%A1ac_Bridge).[3] Also, the company has executed a number of significant tunnels, including [Tuhobić Tunnel](/source/Tuhobi%C4%87_Tunnel), the longest tunnel on the [A6 motorway](/source/A6_(Croatia)).[4]

Share capital of the company is 137,043,900.00 [Croatian kuna](/source/Croatian_kuna) and 456,813 shares of the company have been issued. The company is listed at [Zagreb Stock Exchange](/source/Zagreb_Stock_Exchange) and included in its [CROBEX](/source/CROBEX) index.[5] Chairman of the board of the company is Joško Mikulić while vice-chairman position is held by Ivan Berket. The remaining member of the managing board is Damir Kezele.[6]
