# Varad Point

**Varad Point** (Bulgarian: нос Варад, ‘Nos Varad’ \'nos va-'rad\) is the rocky point on [Foyn Coast](/source/Foyn_Coast), [Antarctic Peninsula](/source/Antarctic_Peninsula) situated 12.8 km west-southwest of [Spur Point](/source/Spur_Point) and 33.6 km north-northwest of [Cape Robinson](/source/Cape_Robinson).

The feature is named after the settlement of [Varad](/source/Varad,_Bulgaria) in Southern Bulgaria.

## Location

Varad Point is located at [66°37′51″S 64°04′24″W](https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?params=66_37_51_S_64_04_24_W). British mapping in 1976.
