**Valeriy Ivanovych Movchan** (born 14 June 1959) is a Soviet cyclist. He won the gold medal in [Men's team pursuit](/source/Cycling_at_the_1980_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_team_pursuit) in the [1980 Summer Olympics](/source/1980_Summer_Olympics). He was affiliated with Avangard Kharkiv.[1][2][3]
