## Music

The album was inspired by 1980s synth-pop, specifically [Cyndi Lauper](/source/Cyndi_Lauper)'s *[She's So Unusual](/source/She's_So_Unusual)* and [Janet Jackson](/source/Janet_Jackson)'s *[Control](/source/Control_(Janet_Jackson_album))*. Their new relationship with [Locate S,1](/source/Locate_S%2C1) singer Christina Schneider was also cited,[8] her backing vocals being prominently featured throughout.
