The [Bayer designation](/source/Bayer_designation) **Upsilon Centauri** (υ Cen / υ Centauri) is shared by two [star systems](/source/Star_system), in the [constellation](/source/Constellation) [Centaurus](/source/Centaurus):

- [Upsilon1 Centauri](/source/Upsilon1_Centauri)

- [Upsilon2 Centauri](/source/Upsilon2_Centauri)

They are separated by 0.96° on the sky.

All of them were member of asterism 柱 (Zhǔ), *Pillars*, *[Horn](/source/Horn_(Chinese_constellation))* mansion.[1]
