Up Holland Priory St Thomas the Martyr's nave used to be the chancel of the priory. **Up Holland Priory** was a [Benedictine](/source/Benedictine) priory in [Up Holland](/source/Up_Holland), [Lancashire](/source/Lancashire), England. It was founded in 1319.[1] The priory remains are recorded in the [National Heritage List for England](/source/National_Heritage_List_for_England) as a designated Grade II [listed building](/source/Listed_building#England_and_Wales),[2] and the site is listed as a [scheduled monument](/source/Scheduled_monument).[3] The former chancel is now the [nave](/source/Nave) of the [Church of St Thomas the Martyr](/source/Church_of_St_Thomas_the_Martyr%2C_Upholland).
