The '''Ubaye''' ({{IPA|fr|ybaj}}; {{langx|oc|Ubaia}}) is a river of southeastern [France](/source/France). Its rises at the [Col de Longet](/source/Col_de_Longet), in the [Cottian Alps](/source/Cottian_Alps) on the border with [Italy](/source/Italy). It flows generally southwest, through [Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye](/source/Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye), [Jausiers](/source/Jausiers) and [Barcelonnette](/source/Barcelonnette). It flows into the [Lac de Serre-Ponçon](/source/Lac_de_Serre-Pon%C3%A7on) (which is fed and drained by the [Durance](/source/Durance)) near [La Bréole](/source/La_Br%C3%A9ole).
