**Tyler Spindel** is an American comedian, actor and director.

## Life and career

Spindel was born in 1984 to dentist Elizabeth (née Sandler)[3] and Gerald Spindel.[4][5] Spindel is the nephew of actor and comedian [Adam Sandler](/source/Adam_Sandler) and the cousin of actresses [Sadie Sandler](/source/Sadie_Sandler) and [Sunny Sandler](/source/Sunny_Sandler) through his mother Elizabeth.[6] He is best known for his work on *[Father of the Year](/source/Father_of_the_Year_(film))*,[7] *[The Wrong Missy](/source/The_Wrong_Missy)*,[8][9] [*The Out-Laws*](/source/The_Out-Laws_(film))[10][11] and *[Kinda Pregnant](/source/Kinda_Pregnant)*.[12]
