**Antoine** "**Toine**" **Beukering** (born 28 November 1958) is a Dutch politician and a former member of the [Senate](/source/Senate_(Netherlands)). He was originally affiliated to the [Forum for Democracy](/source/Forum_for_Democracy) (FvD) party, but switched to [JA21](/source/JA21).

Beukering was a member of the [Royal Dutch Army](/source/Royal_Dutch_Army) and took part in peacekeeping operations in [Burundi](/source/Burundi) and the [Ivory Coast](/source/Ivory_Coast).[1] He first entered politics when he was elected to the [Provincial Council of South Holland](/source/Provincial_Council_of_South_Holland) as a member of the FvD party and was subsequently appointed as a Senator.[2] In 2020, he defected to the *Van Pareren* group which later became the Senate faction of the [JA21](/source/JA21) party.[3]
