**Tim Dettmann** (born 10 May 1982) is a German [badminton](/source/Badminton) player.[1] At the 2006/07 European Circuit, he won the [Bulgarian](/source/Bulgarian_International) and [Finnish International](/source/Finnish_Open_(badminton)) tournaments and became the runner-up at the [Poland](/source/Polish_Open_(badminton)) in the mixed doubles event. He also the runner-up at the [Turkey](/source/Turkey_International), [Finnish](/source/Finnish_Open_(badminton)), and [Polish International](/source/Polish_Open_(badminton)) tournaments in the men's doubles event.[2] In 2011, he became the runner-up at the [Estonian International](/source/Estonian_International) tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with [Ilse Vaessen](/source/Ilse_Vaessen) of Netherlands.[3]
