# Tienes Talento

***Tienes Talento*** (), was the original Spanish version of the international *[Got Talent](/source/Got_Talent)* series. The idea behind the programme is to search for the most talented and promising entertainment. The series premiered originally on 25 January 2008 as *Tienes Talento* on [Cuatro](/source/Cuatro_(TV_channel)), hosted by [Nuria Roca](/source/Nuria_Roca) and [Eduardo Aldán](https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eduardo_Ald%C3%A1n). The judges were [David Summers](/source/David_Summers_Rodr%C3%ADguez), [Natalia Millán](/source/Natalia_Mill%C3%A1n) and [Josep Vicent](/source/Josep_Vicent); the latter was replaced by [Miqui Puig](https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miqui_Puig) after one episode. Cuatro aired one season of the show and then it was discontinued.[1]

On 21 April 2008, 16-year-old flamenco singer Salva Rodríguez won the finale with 23% of the televote.[2]

## Revival

After a long hiatus, the rights were purchased in 2015 by [Mediaset España](/source/Mediaset_Espa%C3%B1a_Comunicaci%C3%B3n) announcing its revival under the amended name *[Got Talent España](/source/Got_Talent_Espa%C3%B1a)* and with a new host [Santi Millán](/source/Santi_Mill%C3%A1n).[3] The new show premiered on 13 February 2016.[4]
