'''Tianderah''' is a historic home located at [Gilbertsville](/source/Gilbertsville%2C_New_York) in [Otsego County, New York](/source/Otsego_County%2C_New_York). It was built in 1887 by Boston-based architect [William Ralph Emerson](/source/William_Ralph_Emerson).  It is an L-shaped, stone [Romanesque Revival](/source/Romanesque_Revival_architecture) and [Shingle](/source/Shingle_style_architecture) style residence dramatically overlooking the village and complemented by a stone and [shingle style](/source/shingle_style) stable.  The house is three stories and has a steep [gambrel roof](/source/gambrel_roof), a full two stories high.  It is built of rock-faced [bluestone](/source/bluestone) and features a {{convert|15|ft|m|adj=mid|-deep}} [verandah](/source/verandah) that runs across the front of the main facade.
