**Theobald Butler Barrett** (July 24, 1894 – March 26, 1969) was a Canadian politician. He was elected to the [House of Commons of Canada](/source/House_of_Commons_of_Canada) in 1945 as a Member of the [Progressive Conservative Party of Canada](/source/Progressive_Conservative_Party_of_Canada) to represent the [riding](/source/Electoral_district_(Canada)) of [Norfolk](/source/Norfolk_(electoral_district)). He was defeated in the [1949](/source/1949_Canadian_federal_election) election. Prior to his federal political experience, he was a Lieutenant in the [Royal Canadian Artillery](/source/Royal_Canadian_Artillery) between 1942 and 1943.

Barrett was the grandfather of [Toby Barrett](/source/Toby_Barrett), Member of the [Ontario Provincial Parliament](/source/Legislative_Assembly_of_Ontario) for [Haldimand—Norfolk](/source/Haldimand%E2%80%94Norfolk_(provincial_electoral_district)) from 1995 to 2022.
