***The Ring Within*** ([French](/source/French_language): *Le Ring intérieur*) is a Canadian documentary film, directed by [Dan Bigras](/source/Dan_Bigras) and released in 2002.[1] The film centres on the then-emerging sport of [mixed martial arts](/source/Mixed_martial_arts).

The film was a [Genie Award](/source/Genie_Award) nominee for [Best Feature Length Documentary](/source/Canadian_Screen_Award_for_Best_Feature_Length_Documentary) at the [23rd Genie Awards](/source/23rd_Genie_Awards) in 2003.[2]
