It has a surface of 153.61 km2. It is located at [20°35′N 98°22′W / 20.583°N 98.367°W / 20.583; -98.367](https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?pagename=Texcatepec¶ms=20_35_N_98_22_W_).
