**Testico** ([Ligurian](/source/Ligurian_language): *Testego*) is a *[comune](/source/Comune)* (municipality) in the [Province of Savona](/source/Province_of_Savona) in the [Italian](/source/Italy) region [Liguria](/source/Liguria), located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southwest of [Genoa](/source/Genoa) and about 50 kilometres (31 mi) southwest of [Savona](/source/Savona). As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 217 and an area of 10.2 square kilometres (3.9 mi2).[3]

Testico borders the following municipalities: [Casanova Lerrone](/source/Casanova_Lerrone), [Cesio](/source/Cesio), [Chiusanico](/source/Chiusanico), and [Stellanello](/source/Stellanello).
