# Terry Freeman

**Terence Freeman** (born 21 October 1931) is a former English [cricketer](/source/Cricket) who played for [Northamptonshire](/source/Northamptonshire_County_Cricket_Club).[1] He was born in [Finedon](/source/Finedon), [Northamptonshire](/source/Northamptonshire).

Freeman was a right-arm fast-medium bowler. He made a single first-class appearance, in August 1954, against [Hampshire](/source/Hampshire_County_Cricket_Club), playing alongside his cousin [Robert Clarke](/source/Robert_Clarke_(cricketer)). He bowled 24 overs and took one wicket, that of [Ray Pitman](/source/Ray_Pitman), for 90 runs. Freeman made one run in his only innings, dismissed by Pitman. The match was [drawn](/source/Result_(cricket)), and Freeman never played for the county again.[2][3]

With the death of [Harry Kelleher](/source/Harry_Kelleher) on 4 June 2025, Freeman became the oldest living Northamptonshire player.[4]
