**Telechips** (**텔레칩스**) is a [fabless](/source/Fabless) manufacturing company headquartered in [Seoul](/source/Seoul), South Korea, that designs [integrated circuits](/source/Integrated_circuit). It was founded in 1999 with regional offices in Japan (Tokyo), China (Shenzhen, Shanghai, Dalian), USA (Irvine, Detroit), Germany (Munich) and Singapore.[1]

## Products

The company sells [system on a chip](/source/System_on_a_chip) products used in intelligent automotive cockpit systems[2] and Smart STB/OTT.[3][4] These are based on the [ARM architecture](/source/ARM_architecture)[5] and support [Android](/source/Android_(operating_system)), [Windows Embedded Compact](/source/Windows_Embedded_Compact), [Nucleus RTOS](/source/Nucleus_RTOS), [AUTOSAR](/source/AUTOSAR), [freeRTOS](/source/FreeRTOS), [QNX](/source/QNX), Green Hills, Free [OSEK](/source/OSEK), and [Linux](/source/Linux_(operating_system)). The Dolphin5 SoCs was showcased in 2023 and can be used for [ADAS](/source/Advanced_driver-assistance_system) as well as [In-car entertainment](/source/In-car_entertainment) systems, while the simultaneously showed N-Dolphin SoC is aimed at AI algorithms such as [image processing](/source/Image_processing).[6]
