The town is a railroad junction on [Trans-Siberian Railway](/source/Trans-Siberian_Railway), and also the starting point of the Tayga–[Bely Yar](/source/Bely_Yar) branch of the Western Siberian Railway, which provides access to [Tomsk](/source/Tomsk).
