The **Tauernscheck** [goat](/source/Goat) breed from [Austria](/source/Austria) is used for the production of [milk](/source/Goat_milk). It is a very rare breed derived from the [Austrian Landrace](/source/Austrian_Landrace) and [Pinzgauer](/source/Pinzgauer_Goat) goat breeds.
