The [Theban](/source/Thebes%2C_Egypt) Tomb '''TT54''' is located in [Sheikh Abd el-Qurna](/source/Sheikh_Abd_el-Qurna), part of the [Theban Necropolis](/source/Theban_Necropolis), on the west bank of the [Nile](/source/Nile), opposite to [Luxor](/source/Luxor).<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.tmpbibliography.com/resources/bibliography_5nv_tombs_of_the_nobles_tt54_hui_usurped_by_kenro_and_his_son_khonsu.html|title=Bibliography for TT 54: Hui, usurped by Kenro and his son, Khonsu.|accessdate=2015-02-04}}</ref> It was originally the burial place of the [ancient Egypt](/source/ancient_Egypt)ian official Hui, who was an official during the reign of [Thutmose IV](/source/Thutmose_IV) and [Amenhotep III](/source/Amenhotep_III).
