***TMG I*** is the first studio album by the Japan-based [supergroup](/source/Supergroup_(music)) [Tak Matsumoto Group](/source/Tak_Matsumoto_Group), released on June 23, 2004. [Eric Martin](/source/Eric_Martin_(American_singer)) and [Jack Blades](/source/Jack_Blades), of [Mr. Big](/source/Mr._Big_(American_band)) and [Night Ranger](/source/Night_Ranger) fame respectively, wrote all of the lyrics, while [Tak Matsumoto](/source/Tak_Matsumoto), the founder of the band and of [B’z](/source/B%E2%80%99z) fame, was responsible for all of the music. The album topped the [Oricon Albums Chart](/source/Oricon_Albums_Chart), selling over 90,000 copies, while the single "[Oh Japan ~Our Time Is Now~](/source/Oh_Japan_~Our_Time_Is_Now~)" reached number 3 on the [Oricon Singles Chart](/source/Oricon_Singles_Chart) with 98,346 copies and was the 95th best-selling single of the year.
