# Stuart Flinn

**Stuart Flinn** (born 24 August 1964) is a Canadian sailor from [Halifax, Nova Scotia](/source/Halifax,_Nova_Scotia). who represented his country at the [1988 Summer Olympics](/source/Sailing_at_the_1988_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Soling) in [Busan](/source/Busan), [South Korea](/source/South_Korea) as crew member in the [Soling](/source/Soling). With helmsman [Paul Thomson](/source/Paul_Thomson_(sailor)) and fellow crew members [Philip Gow](/source/Philip_Gow) they took the 12th place.[1] The same team competed in the [1992 Summer Olympics](/source/Sailing_at_the_1992_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Soling) in [Barcelona](/source/Barcelona), [Spain](/source/Spain) were they took the 7th place.[2]
