**Strepsa** (/ˈstrɛpsə/; [Greek](/source/Greek_language): Στρέψα) was an ancient city of [Mygdonia](/source/Mygdonia_(Europe)), [Macedon](/source/Macedon), near [Therma](/source/Therma), toward [Chalcidice](/source/Chalcidice). The editors of the [Barrington Atlas of the Greek and Roman World](/source/Barrington_Atlas_of_the_Greek_and_Roman_World), tentatively identify Strepsa with the modern village of [Basilika](/source/Basilika,_Greece), in the municipality of [Pylaia](/source/Pylaia).[1] Strepsa is mentioned by [Thucydides](/source/Thucydides) (I.61.4). It was a member of the [Delian League](/source/Delian_League).[2]
