# Stigmella allophylica

***Stigmella allophylica*** is a [moth](/source/Moth) of the family [Nepticulidae](/source/Nepticulidae). It was described by Scoble in 1978.[1] It is found in [South Africa](/source/South_Africa) (it was described from the Umhlanga Rocks in Natal).[2]

The larvae feed on *[Allophylus natalensis](/source/Allophylus_natalensis)*. They probably [mine](/source/Leaf_miner) the leaves of their host.
