**Stephen Tin-hoi Ng** ([Chinese](/source/Chinese_language):吳天海) (born 1953 in [Hong Kong](/source/Hong_Kong)) is a [Hong Kong](/source/Hong_Kong) [entrepreneur](/source/Entrepreneur), who is the [chairman](/source/Chairman) and the [managing director](/source/Managing_director) of [the Wharf (Holdings) Limited](/source/The_Wharf_(Holdings)_Limited). He is the chairman and [chief executive officer](/source/Chief_executive_officer) of [i-Cable Communications](/source/I-Cable_Communications). He is also the deputy chairman of [Wheelock & Co](/source/Wheelock_%26_Co), the chairman and chief executive officer of [Wharf T&T](/source/Wharf_T%26T), the chairman of [Joyce Boutique](/source/Joyce_Boutique), [Modern Terminals](/source/Modern_Terminals) and [Harbour Centre Development](/source/Harbour_Centre_Development).[1]

Mr. Ng graduated from the [Wah Yan College, Kowloon](/source/Wah_Yan_College,_Kowloon) of Hong Kong,[2] the [Ripon College](/source/Ripon_College_(Wisconsin)) of the [United States](/source/United_States) and the [University of Bonn](/source/University_of_Bonn) of [Germany](/source/Germany). He joined the Wharf in 1981 and became the Managing Director in 1989. He is the Chairman of the General Committee of [Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce](/source/Hong_Kong_General_Chamber_of_Commerce) for 2016–2018.[3]
