StepAway Magazine takes its name from a [flâneur](/source/fl%C3%A2neur) poem by [Frank O’Hara](/source/Frank_O%E2%80%99Hara) entitled “A Step Away from Them” from the collection ''Lunch Poems''.<ref>Frank O'Hara.
