**Stanislav Govedarov** ([Bulgarian](/source/Bulgarian_language): Станислав Говедаров) (born 13 November 1980) is a former [Bulgarian](/source/Bulgaria) professional [basketball player](/source/Basketball_player), who last played for [BC Yambol](/source/BC_Yambol) in the Bulgarian League, as a [shooting guard](/source/Shooting_guard) or [point guard](/source/Point_guard). He is well known as 'Mainata' among his team mates. Govedarov is born in Plovdiv and began his career in the local team - [Academic Plovdiv](/source/Academic_Plovdiv). He was named the Chairman of the board of [BC Yambol](/source/BC_Yambol) in August of 2021 [1]
