'''Sokehs''' is a [municipality](/source/Administrative_divisions_of_the_Federated_States_of_Micronesia) on the main island in the state of [Pohnpei](/source/Pohnpei), [Federated States of Micronesia](/source/Federated_States_of_Micronesia). It consists of 21 villages. One of them is [Palikir](/source/Palikir), the federal capital. Another is [Pakin Atoll](/source/Pakin_Atoll), an atoll some 30 km northwest of the main island of Pohnpei. Since 1985, the former, depopulated [Oroluk Atoll](/source/Oroluk_Atoll) and close by [Minto Reef](/source/Minto_Reef) became part of Sokehs municipality.

The namesake [Sokehs Peninsula](/source/Sokehs_Island) is located north of the main island.
