The **Social Democratic Unionists** ([Arabic](/source/Arabic_language): الوحدويون الديمقراطيون الاجتماعيون - *al-Wahdawiuyun al-Dimukatiyyun Al-Ijtima'iyyun*) was a [political party](/source/Political_party) in [Syria](/source/Syria).

Controlled by the government, it was part of the [National Progressive Front](/source/National_Progressive_Front_(Syria)) (NPF) of legally licensed parties which supported the government's [socialist](/source/Socialism) and [Arab nationalist](/source/Arab_nationalism) orientation and accepted the leadership of the [Ba'ath Party](/source/Arab_Socialist_Ba'ath_Party_%E2%80%93_Syria_Region).[2][3] Following the [fall of the Assad regime](/source/Fall_of_the_Assad_regime), the party along with the NPF was dissolved by the [Syrian transitional government](/source/Syrian_caretaker_government) on 29 January 2025.[4]
