**Simon Vladimirovich Vlasov** (born 10 January 1981[1]) is a former Russian international [motorcycle speedway](/source/Motorcycle_speedway) rider.

## Career

Vlasov represented the [Russia national speedway team](/source/Russia_national_speedway_team) at the [2003 Speedway World Cup](/source/2003_Speedway_World_Cup), where the team reached the race-off event.

He won the silver medal with [Renat Gafurov](/source/Renat_Gafurov) and [Siergiej Filiushin](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Siergiej_Filiushin&action=edit&redlink=1) at the [2004 European Pairs Speedway Championship](/source/2004_European_Pairs_Speedway_Championship) in [Debrecen](/source/Debrecen), Hungary.[2]

The following year, he competed for Russia in the [2005 Speedway World Cup](/source/2005_Speedway_World_Cup), where the team reached Event 1 before being eliminated.[3][4]

Vlasov competed in the [Team Speedway Polish Championship](/source/Team_Speedway_Polish_Championship) from 2006 to 2010.[5]
