She participated at the [1992 Summer Olympics](/source/1992_Summer_Olympics), where the [German national team](/source/Germany_women's_national_handball_team) placed fourteenth.

She has won both the DDR championship with [ASK Vorwärts Frankfurt](/source/ASK_Vorw%C3%A4rts_Frankfurt) and the unified [German Championship](/source/Handball-Bundesliga_Frauen) with [TuS Walle Bremen](/source/TuS_Walle_Bremen).
