**Siegmund Mainka** (born 4 July 1968)[1] is a German [sailor](/source/Sailing_(sport)) from Berlin who competed in three Paralympics games.

He won gold in [2008](/source/Sailing_at_the_2008_Summer_Paralympics) and a silver medal in [2012](/source/Sailing_at_the_2012_Summer_Paralympics), in the [Sonar](/source/Sonar_(keelboat)) class. Both medals were achieved with skipper [Jens Kroker](/source/Jens_Kroker) and fellow crew member [Robert Prem](/source/Robert_Prem).
