'''Sheed Award''' is an independent, non-profit and non-governmental [photography award](/source/photography_award) that goes to a social documentary photographer annually. Founded in 2010, the award is known for encouraging and promoting social documentary among Iranian photographers.

==2010==
The jury of Sheed award 2010, including [Ed Kashi](/source/Ed_Kashi), [Kamran Jebreyili](/source/Kamran_Jebreyili), [Kaveh Kazemi](/source/Kaveh_Kazemi), [Jahangir Razmi](/source/Jahangir_Razmi) and [Peyman Hooshmandzadeh](/source/Peyman_Hooshmandzadeh), nominated seven men among more than 230 photographers to receive the award.

The nominated photographers were as follows: [Majid Saeedi](/source/Majid_Saeedi), [Hossein Fatemi (photographer)](/source/Hossein_Fatemi_(photographer)), [Abotaleb Nadri](/source/Abotaleb_Nadri), [Behrouz Mehri](/source/Behrouz_Mehri), [Hamed Khorshidi](/source/Hamed_KHorshidi), [Ali Hamed Haghdoost](/source/Ali_Hamed_Haghdoost) and [Mohammad Reza Soltani](/source/Mohammad_Reza_Soltani) and finally [Behrouz Mehri](/source/Behrouz_Mehri) from [Agence France-Presse](/source/Agence_France-Presse) (AFP) got the award.
