He won a silver medal in the [4 × 400 m relay](/source/2011_World_Championships_in_Athletics_%E2%80%93_Men's_4_%C3%97_400_metres_relay) at the [2011 World Championships in Athletics](/source/2011_World_Championships_in_Athletics) in [Daegu](/source/Daegu).

At the [2012 Summer Olympics](/source/2012_Summer_Olympics), Victor was part of the [South African team](/source/South_Africa_at_the_2012_Summer_Olympics) in the [4x400&nbsp;metres relay race](/source/Athletics_at_the_2012_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_4_%C3%97_400_metres_relay).
