# Second Moon

**Second Moon** () is a [South Korean](/source/South_Korea) [ethnic fusion](/source/World_music) band that has performed in several [folk music](/source/Folk_music) festivals around the world.[1][2] It achieved mainstream recognition by creating music for popular television shows like *[Princess Hours](/source/Princess_Hours)* (2006), *[Love in the Moonlight](/source/Love_in_the_Moonlight)* (2016),[3] and *[The Legend of the Blue Sea](/source/The_Legend_of_the_Blue_Sea)* (2016).[4]

## Beginnings

Second Moon was founded by commercial and film music producers Kim Hyun-bo and Park Jin-woo in 2004.[5]
