***Screenagers*** is a documentary created and directed by Delaney Ruston, a [physician](/source/Physician) and [film director](/source/Film_director), to describe growing up in a tech saturated world where it is her opinion that balance needs to be drawn between [screen time](/source/Screen_time) and screen free time.[1][2][3] In the documentary, [filmmaker](/source/Filmmaker) Delaney Ruston must decide if she should give an [iPhone](/source/IPhone) to her [teenage](/source/Teenage) [daughter](/source/Daughter).
