**Schwebheim** is a [municipality](/source/Municipalities_of_Germany) in the district of [Schweinfurt](/source/Schweinfurt_(district)) in [Bavaria](/source/Bavaria), [Germany](/source/Germany). Historically important as the location of the [Bibra](/source/Von_Bibra) family castle by the same name. The castle was heavily damaged during severe [bombings of Schweinfurt in World War II](/source/Schweinfurt-Regensburg_mission) and only partially repaired. Today, the village is fast becoming a suburb of nearby [Schweinfurt](/source/Schweinfurt).
