In his youth, he studied in the [United States](/source/United_States), where he learned to play the [tabla](/source/tabla) and engaged in [gym](/source/gym)-based physical training, including [bodybuilding](/source/bodybuilding); he also developed an interest in dance, drawing inspiration from [Michael Jackson](/source/Michael_Jackson) and especially [Prabhu Deva](/source/Prabhu_Deva), elements that later informed his decision to become an actor.<ref name=":0" />

On 25 December 2006, Saud married TV Actress Javeria Jalil, now known as [Javeria Saud](/source/Javeria_Saud).
