==Kramer IMAX Theatre==
The Kramer [IMAX](/source/IMAX) Theatre is the only IMAX theatre in Regina, opening in 1991. It completed its conversion to IMAX 3D in October 2010.<ref>{{Cite web |title=Kramer IMAX Theatre |url=https://www.facebook.com/KramerIMAXTheatre/info?tab=page_info |website=www.facebook.com}}</ref>

In 2023, the theatre underwent further renovations to install an updated digital laser projector, replacing one of the two traditional [70 millimetre film](/source/70_mm_film) projectors inside. It allowed the theatre to show a wider range of movies alongside its regular educational offerings.<ref>{{Cite web |date=2023-01-23 |title=Digital transformation to usher in new era for Regina IMAX theatre |url=https://www.ctvnews.ca/regina/article/digital-transformation-to-usher-in-new-era-for-regina-imax-theatre/ |access-date=2024-12-08 |website=Regina |language=en}}</ref>

Other changes included the addition of a new screen and upgrades to the sound system to a 12-channel [Dolby Atmos](/source/Dolby_Atmos).

Among other benefits, the theatre keeping one of its film projectors operational made it one of only two theatres in Canada capable of screening [Interstellar](/source/Interstellar_(film)) on 70 mm for its 10th anniversary in December 2024.<ref>{{Cite web |date=2024-11-08 |title=Here's the only IMAX theatre in Canada that will be screening 'Interstellar' on its 10th anniversary |url=https://www.ctvnews.ca/regina/article/reginas-imax-theatre-showing-interstellar-in-70mm-on-its-10th-anniversary/ |access-date=2024-12-08 |website=Regina |language=en}}</ref>
