**Sar Tang-e Mahmud** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): سرتنگ محمود, also [Romanized](/source/Romanize) as **Sar Tang-e Maḩmūd**; also known as **Sar Tang-e Maḩmūdī**)[1] is a village in [Mashayekh Rural District](/source/Mashayekh_Rural_District_(Chaharmahal_and_Bakhtiari_Province)), [Naghan District](/source/Naghan_District), [Kiar County](/source/Kiar_County), [Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province](/source/Chaharmahal_and_Bakhtiari_Province), [Iran](/source/Iran). At the 2006 census, its population was 475, in 108 families.[2] The village is populated by [Lurs](/source/Lurs).[3]
