He was one of the Dutch commentators alongside [Cornald Maas](/source/Cornald_Maas) for the [Eurovision Song Contest 2021](/source/Eurovision_Song_Contest_2021), held in [Rotterdam](/source/Rotterdam), since usual co-commentator [Jan Smit](/source/Jan_Smit_(singer)) was one of the main hosts for that edition.
