Samara Time is used in [Astrakhan Oblast](/source/Astrakhan_Oblast), [Samara Oblast](/source/Samara_Oblast), [Saratov Oblast](/source/Saratov_Oblast), [Udmurtia](/source/Udmurtia), and [Ulyanovsk Oblast](/source/Ulyanovsk_Oblast).

== History ==
Until a reform on 28 March 2010, Samara Time was [UTC+4](/source/UTC%2B04%3A00) in winter and Samara Summer Time (SAMST) was [UTC+5](/source/UTC%2B05%3A00) in summer.
