The village lies on the northwest edge of [Goss Moor](/source/Goss_Moor) near the [A30](/source/A30_road) dual carriageway trunk road. The [Par to Newquay branch](/source/Atlantic_Coast_Line%2C_Cornwall) railway passes south of the settlement.
