*2000 To challenge Representative Larry Belcher, Webber was unopposed for the 2000 Republican Primary but lost the November 7, 2000 General election to Representative Belcher.
*2002 When Representative Larry Belcher ran for [Kentucky Senate](/source/Kentucky_Senate) and left the seat open, Webber ran in the 2002 Republican Primary but lost to [Mary Harper](/source/Mary_C._Harper), who went on to win the November 5, 2002 General election.
