==Career==
Born in [Mariana, Minas Gerais](/source/Mariana%2C_Minas_Gerais), [Brazil](/source/Brazil), his career started in 1994 in Brazilian giant [São Paulo](/source/S%C3%A3o_Paulo_FC), where he made his formation alongside players like [Kaká](/source/Kak%C3%A1) and [Grafite](/source/Grafite). He stayed there six seasons. In 2000, he decided to move to Europe to play in [Serbia](/source/Serbia) in the back then [First League of FR Yugoslavia](/source/First_League_of_FR_Yugoslavia); first one season in [Borac Čačak](/source/FK_Borac_%C4%8Ca%C4%8Dak), then another in [OFK Beograd](/source/OFK_Beograd). In 2003, he moved to [France](/source/France) where he played in several clubs, including two seasons with [Ligue 2](/source/Ligue_2) club [SCO Angers](/source/SCO_Angers), and one and a half in [Le Havre AC](/source/Le_Havre_AC). In 2007, he had a short spell in Morocco playing with [Difaa El Jadida](/source/Difaa_El_Jadida) playing in the [Moroccan Championship](/source/Botola). In summer 2007, he moved to [Belgium](/source/Belgium) where he first played in [Jupiler League](/source/Belgian_First_Division) club [Zulte-Waregem](/source/Zulte-Waregem), and, since 2008, in [K.V.
