**Ruby Airport** ([IATA](/source/IATA_airport_code): **RBY**, [ICAO](/source/ICAO_airport_code): **PARY**, [FAA](/source/Federal_Aviation_Administration) [LID](/source/Location_identifier): **RBY**) is a state-owned public-use [airport](/source/Airport) located one [nautical mile](/source/Nautical_mile) (1.85 [km](/source/Kilometre)) southeast of the [central business district](/source/Central_business_district) of [Ruby](/source/Ruby%2C_Alaska),[1] a city in the [Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area](/source/Yukon-Koyukuk_Census_Area%2C_Alaska) of the [U.S. state](/source/U.S._state) of [Alaska](/source/Alaska).

As per [Federal Aviation Administration](/source/Federal_Aviation_Administration) records, the airport had 1,476 passenger boardings (enplanements) in [calendar year](/source/Calendar_year) 2023[2] and, 1,305 enplanements in 2022[3] It is included in the [National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems](/source/National_Plan_of_Integrated_Airport_Systems) for 2011–2015, which [categorized](/source/FAA_airport_categories) it as a *[general aviation](/source/General_aviation)* airport (the *commercial service* category requires at least 2,500 enplanements per year).[4]
