**Royal Uccle Sport** was a Belgian [football](/source/Association_football) club from the municipality of [Uccle](/source/Uccle), [Brussels](/source/Brussels). It was created in 1901 as **Uccle Sport** and it registered with the [Belgian Football Association](/source/Belgian_Football_Association) in 1905 to receive the *[matricule](/source/Matricule)* n°15.

## History

In 1914, the club won the [second division](/source/Belgian_Second_Division) and was thus promoted to the [first division](/source/Belgian_First_Division_A) to take place in [1919](/source/1919%E2%80%9320_in_Belgian_football) (because of [World War I](/source/World_War_I)). The club finished 10th (on 12) and then 12th, and was back at the top level in [1922–23](/source/1922%E2%80%9323_in_Belgian_football) for one season. After a long spell at the second level, R. Uccle Sport (as it was then known since 1926) played one more season in the first division in [1947–48](/source/1947%E2%80%9348_in_Belgian_football). In 1990, the club merged with [Royal Léopold Uccle Forestoise](/source/Royal_L%C3%A9opold_Football_Club) to become Royal Uccle Léopold FC.
