# Rowan, Iran

**Rowan** (Persian: روعان, also [Romanized](/source/Romanize) as **Row‘ān**; also known as **Rawān** and **Ro‘ān**)[1] is a village in [Sabzdasht Rural District](/source/Sabzdasht_Rural_District_(Hamadan_Province)), in the [Central District](/source/Central_District_(Kabudarahang_County)) of [Kabudarahang County](/source/Kabudarahang_County), [Hamadan Province](/source/Hamadan_Province), [Iran](/source/Iran). At the 2006 census, its population was 2,059, in 488 families.[2]
